ICT Business Analyst

Job description:

• Analysis, documentation and optimisation of clinical and administrative business processes
• Collection, structuring and prioritisation of business and IT requirements
• Consulting departments on the digitalisation and optimisation of workflows
• Creation of specialist concepts, process descriptions and requirements documentation
• Participation in the evaluation, introduction and further development of IT systems and digital solutions
• Coordination between departments, ICT, external service providers and software suppliers
• Identification of optimisation and automation potential
• Moderation of workshops as well as target group-oriented communication with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
• Active participation in digitalisation and transformation initiatives

About the customer:

For our client, an established organisation in healthcare, we are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst to strengthen the Digitalisation & ICT department.

In this permanent position, you will take on a central interface role between departments, IT, external partners and software suppliers. You analyse existing processes, structure requirements and actively shape the digital development of clinical and administrative workflows.

Requirements:

• Completed studies or higher education in business informatics, medical informatics, computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or in a comparable role
• Experience in digitalisation, IT or transformation projects
• Ideally experience in healthcare, hospital environment, Health IT or MedTech
• Sound knowledge in requirements engineering, business analysis and process modelling
• Good understanding of the interaction between business processes, applications, interfaces and ICT architectures
• Knowledge of standards such as HL7, FHIR or DICOM is an advantage
• Experience with clinical information systems, administrative applications or digital healthcare processes is a plus
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with departments and IT
• Very good German language skills
