HR Generalist

To support during a maternity leave we are immediately looking for a committed individual as
HR Generalist (m/f/d) 100% (fixed-term until approx. December 2027)
- Payroll & Compensation: Assisting with the monthly payroll processing in cooperation with our external payroll provider as well as handling all payroll-relevant changes.
- HR Administration: Independent handling of administrative HR processes from entry to exit, including contract management, references, personnel changes and maintenance of personnel data.
- Absence Management: Coordination and processing of sickness, accident, EO, military, maternity and paternity cases in cooperation with an external provider.
- Apprenticeship Management: Coordination of apprenticeship management including support for trainers, contract management as well as organisation and supervision of apprentices during their training period.
- Completed basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist is mandatory
- Experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss social security and labour law regulations
- Numerical flair, strong organisational skills as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working
- Very good German skills, additional language skills (English or French) are an advantage
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage
