For our Eye Centre we are temporarily seeking a

Trainee in Commercial and Administration (100%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Processing, distribution and forwarding of incoming mail
• Ordering and management of office supplies and furniture as well as weekly purchasing of goods
• Creation and processing of various forms as well as support in daily administrative business
• Booking and preparation of meeting rooms as well as assistance in organising and conducting internal and external events
• Processing of creditor invoices as well as counting and posting the cash register in the financial accounting programme
• Support with personnel entries and exits as well as assistance in marketing and other departments

Your profile:

• Interest in starting a career in commercial administration and enjoyment of commercial activities
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Reliable, careful and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks and willingness to learn new things and get to know different areas
• Team spirit, helpfulness and an open, communicative manner
• Good MS Office skills and general IT affinity are an advantage
