The Schürmatt Foundation is a centre of expertise for unique special educational services in the canton of Aargau. We employ around 440 staff across 13 locations. The majority work in the education, support, and care of people with disabilities.

Specialist Carer for People with Disabilities (FaBe MmB)

Specialist carers work as part of a team in the residential groups of the Schürmatt Foundation. You will care for people with disabilities in the children or adult sector in various everyday situations such as dressing and undressing, washing, brushing teeth, eating and drinking, as well as household tasks. Together with the team and clients, everyday life, leisure, and holidays are meaningfully structured and activities are prepared, carried out, and evaluated.
