Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the design and implementation of digital solutions in the areas of Accounting (booking rule and balance sheet rule definition), Cost & Fees and Tax (CRS, Withholding Tax, Reportings)
- You support the specialist departments in formulating business requirements
- You produce high-quality specifications within the given deadlines
- You identify all stakeholders (users, managers, regulatory authorities, etc.) and dependencies
- You develop proposals for the implementation of solutions in coordination with IT to ensure that the proposed solution meets the professional and technical requirements
- You are responsible for supporting test coordinators and testers in creating test scripts, accompanying user tests, and providing support as well as user training to ensure a smooth transition from project mode to operation
- You maintain and further develop the application environment to ensure the quality of applications and the performance of the organisation
Your Profile
You have a completed degree in economics (business informatics or business administration) and bring at least three years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the field of Finance & Accounting. Furthermore, you are distinguished by your experience with banking accounting projects (IFRS9, Basel III / IV, booking and balance sheet rule definitions, costs/fees, tax projects), are ideally familiar with Avaloq, and have knowledge and experience in project management as well as business requirements management. Strong analytical thinking, your organisational flair, and your willingness to take responsibility are among your strengths. You are a person with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident manner. You are used to working independently and demonstrate a high level of commitment and performance. We expect very good knowledge of German and English; French is a great advantage and additional languages are welcome.
