Today, we are looking for the rare gem to join the Content Manager team!

Job description

• Write and format the texts of the offers published on our platform (with a focus on the DIY & Garden universe).

• Gather the necessary information for creating the offer (visuals, texts, technical sheets) from the supplier.

• Conduct research on various products to be able to make comparisons.

• Occasionally carry out product tests to be included in the offer.

• Forum: Respond warmly to customers' questions, with expertise and in line with the company philosophy. Take into account the Qommunity's reactions to each product sold.

• Work closely with the purchasing, translation and multimedia teams as well as suppliers to create high-quality and inspiring offers.

Let’s talk about you and your skills

• You hold a degree in communication or marketing (a digital option would be a plus);

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the editorial field.

• You have an excellent command of the art of writing in French (without mistakes, as it is your mother tongue), you enjoy writing texts on various subjects and your imagination is limitless!

• You are proficient with common computer tools (Office suite, CMS-)

• If you have already worked with Monday and/or Slack, that’s a plus!

• You love testing new DIY & Garden products and know how to share your opinion clearly and accessibly.

• You have very good written and spoken English skills.

• If you also master German, that’s a plus.

The bonus: a keen interest in AI and modern tools without limits!

• You are meticulous, organised, and know how to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

• You are capable of working on different subjects simultaneously.

• You are proactive and a source of ideas.

• You have team spirit, good listening skills and are solution-oriented.

• You enjoy human contact and are motivated to interact with our Qommunity as well as our partners.
