Group Leader Santé (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Professional leadership and coordination of a cleaning team of around 10 people in shift work
• Organisation of daily work assignments, including work preparation, task allocation and monitoring of execution
• Ensuring hygienic and timely cleaning in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Active participation in cleaning to ensure quality, efficiency and role modelling
• Conducting quality and hygiene checks as well as documentation in the quality management system
• Instruction, support and assistance of employees in daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and occupational health regulations and participation in audits
• Reporting of working hours, absences and operational key figures as well as communication with site management
• Working hours are set to five days per week, each evening between 18:00 and 23:00

Your Profile

• Experience in hospital, healthcare or professional building cleaning (advantageous)
• Strong team and communication skills as well as service-oriented behaviour
• Initial experience in guiding or leading employees
• Knowledge of hygiene, quality and occupational safety regulations
• Organisational skills in your own work area
• High reliability, sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Resilience and flexibility for a dynamic environment and shift work
• Basic German skills (at least level A2) and confident use of digital work tools
