Facility Maintenance Employee (m/f/d)

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the technical building infrastructure
• Carrying out control, maintenance and inspection work on building technical systems
• Independent rectification of minor faults as well as execution of repair and maintenance work
• Supervision, monitoring and optimisation of building technical systems (HVAC, sanitary and electrical)
• Conducting regular building and system inspections and condition checks
• Independent processing, documentation and follow-up of work orders
• Coordination, accompaniment and quality control of external craft, maintenance and subcontractor services
• Maintenance of technical documentation and reporting of completed work
• Execution of general facility maintenance tasks in a varied working environment
• Preparation and furnishing of conference and meeting rooms
• Support with moves, room adjustments as well as minor conversion and repair work
• Responsibility for carrying out infrastructural maintenance work to ensure a well-kept appearance
• Responsibility for the proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and operational safety within the property

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field, preferably as a certified plumber, facility maintenance specialist or in a related building and facility technology profession
• Professional experience as a technical caretaker or in technical building maintenance
• Strong technical understanding and manual skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation
• Driving licence category B
