Do you want to do more than just manage HR, but actively shape it? In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle and are an important point of contact for employees and managers. With your structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure that our HR processes function reliably, efficiently and professionally.
As part of our HR team, you support the Real Estate/Corporate organisation and work closely with managers, employees and internal interfaces. You can expect a varied range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively develop processes further.
What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the entire HR administration from A to Z along the employee lifecycle
- Handling all entry and onboarding processes including master data collection and approvals
- Maintenance and care of personnel master data as well as electronic personnel files
- Creation and processing of employment contracts, contract amendments, agreements, references and other HR documents
- Handling all personnel changes such as function and salary changes, promotions and other personnel adjustments
- Support with the monthly payroll as well as preparation and control of payroll-relevant data
- Responsibility for exit administration including exit formalities and final settlements
- First point of contact for employees and managers on questions regarding HR administration, contracts and social security
- Creation of HR evaluations, reports and statistics
- Participation in the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes
- Support with HR projects and other organisational matters within the HR team
- Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in the field of personnel/HR
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably in a comparable role
- Fluent German as well as good English skills at least at B2 level
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with an HRIS/ERP system
- Knowledge of payroll processes and social security is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high quality standard
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in working with employees and managers
- Even under high workload, you keep an overview, set the right priorities and work solution-oriented
- Work location: Altdorf - with occasional assignments in Andermatt. Up to 2 days home office per week are possible.
