Supply Chain Manager Electronics 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Reliable supply and cost-optimised stock disposition of the Electronics product group

• Order processing with the ERP system for new and existing items

• Checking order confirmations

• Securing delivery dates / delivery date reminders

• Processing error messages

• Processing and implementing eForms (change notifications, item integrations)

• Recording and monitoring quantity contracts

• Maintaining item master data in the ERP

• Obtaining and evaluating offers in consultation with strategic purchasing

• Participation in optimisation projects in procurement

• Participation in supplier evaluation

• Checking and approving supplier invoices

• Adhering to processes, governance, and compliance

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training in electronics or electrical engineering

• Further training as a purchasing specialist or in supply chain management

• Experience as an operational purchaser in an industrial environment

• Reliable personality with entrepreneurial thinking

• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style

• Initiative, negotiation skills, and assertiveness

• Open, communicative, and honest person

• Team player

• Very good ERP and Office skills

• Business fluent in German and English, spoken and written, at least level B2
