About the job
What you can achieve
- You independently handle legal cases of our insured persons in all insured areas of law, especially in labour law, criminal and road traffic law, general contract law, sales and work contract law as well as consumer credit and leasing law
- You conduct negotiations with opposing parties, authorities, insured persons as well as lawyers
- You advise our insured persons by telephone and in person in the mentioned and other areas of law
- You supervise and monitor mandates that are handled by external lawyers within the framework of granted cost approvals
- You take on insurance-technical tasks such as checking insurance coverage and processing payments
What you bring with you
- University law degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) with lawyer’s licence or – instead of the lawyer’s licence – several years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent expertise and initial professional experience as a lawyer, court clerk or insurance lawyer are advantageous
- Negotiation skills, resilience as well as a solution- and customer-oriented working style
- Fluent German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
- The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.)
