At our headquarters in Siders we are looking for a dedicated customer service professional who supports our customers with advice and assistance.
Customer Care (80% - 100%)
A day in this role:
Customer satisfaction is your passion, and you always give your best to delight your customers.
You record and process orders, maintain the database, handle various customer inquiries, and are solution-oriented.
You listen to customers and advise them on Univerre products.
As a Customer Care professional, you contribute your suggestions to the continuous improvement of service and processes and participate in improvement and development projects.
Ensure personal and telephone reception of customers at the company reception on a rotating basis.
Support existing customers as well as actively acquire new customers.
Support the field service.
The keys to your success:
Completed commercial training (EFZ) and ideally over 5 years or more experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
You are dynamic, proactive, and have the will to contribute to the development of the company and its customers.
You master time management, set priorities, and complete your tasks efficiently, even in stressful situations.
You work efficiently with modern and collaborative tools.
