Your tasks

• Participation in the implementation and further development of remuneration processes, especially in salary rounds, variable remunerations, as well as selected processes for doctors' and management remuneration.
• Support in job evaluations, salary comparisons, and in reviewing job classifications and remuneration standards.
• Participation in the creation and updating of guidelines, process descriptions, work tools, and internal C&B tools.
• Preparation, analysis, and quality assurance of remuneration data as well as creation of regular evaluations and reports from SAP HCM.
• Assumption of administrative tasks in the area of benefits and participation in projects to optimise, standardise, and digitalise our C&B processes.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in HR or finance, business administration training at HF/FH level, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in human resources management, payroll, HR controlling, finance, or another numerically oriented environment.
• Very good Excel skills and enjoyment in working with data and systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Precise, analytical, structured, and reliable working style as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented, service-minded, and discreet personality with an interest in further professional development in the field of Compensation & Benefits.
