Cropmark AG has been active in the Apple Macintosh market since 1991 as a dynamic and innovative distributor. In addition to the entire Apple product range, we distribute well-known brands as well as our own brand LMP (www.lmp.ch), whose products we sell worldwide through a distribution network. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), we carry out repairs of Apple devices in-house. Our customers include specialist retailers, retailers and distributors at home and abroad as well as a smaller proportion of private customers (in-house repairs).

The Tasks

• Carrying out repairs of all Apple Macintosh hardware within the scope of our activities as an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP)
• Ordering and managing spare parts via Apple GSX
• Creating fault diagnoses and cost estimates
• Configuring hardware according to customer requirements (e.g. NAS & RAID systems)
• Support for macOS and iOS devices as well as the products and brands we distribute (in-house and by phone)
• Carrying out and documenting functional test series as part of our product development

The Profile

You have completed technical training as an IT specialist EFZ or in a related field or have professional experience in dealing with Apple hardware as well as macOS and iOS, preferably in the area of repairs or installations. Ideally, you have certification as an Apple Technician (ASE). You are experienced in dealing with customers and can provide support in German and English (in-house and by phone). You are used to working independently and precisely, but also move confidently within a team. You follow the development of new (Apple) hardware and software and are open to new things in the field of Apple macOS and iOS devices.
