What you achieve with us
- You contribute your expertise in the guarantees business and independently and competently handle various types of guarantees.
- You support the processing of SERV-insured guarantees.
- You advise corporate clients according to their needs and develop customised solution options.
- You support, advise and accompany our client advisors and assistants in guarantee transactions.
- You actively contribute to achieving the quantitative and qualitative team goals.
- You independently handle administrative tasks including customer correspondence.
What you bring with you
- You have several years of practical banking experience and are a recognised specialist in the field of guarantees.
- You have a professional, engaging manner and enjoy direct customer contact.
- You distinguish yourself with clients through a pronounced service and customer orientation.
- You work carefully, reliably and independently.
- You contribute to the team.
- You are fluent and confident in style and negotiation in German and English (spoken and written).
- You have good communication and presentation skills and are proficient in using Office applications.
- Ideally, you also have experience in the area of construction worker's lien law.
