Care Worker

• Care and Support: You accompany our residents with heart and take responsibility in the residential group.
• Recognising Needs: You listen, have sensitivity, and respond to individual wishes and resources.
• Documentation: You carry out the electronic resident documentation diligently and transparently.
• Contribute and Think Along: You actively participate, are open to new things, and reflect on your own actions with regard to quality and further development.

• Professionally Interested: Training in the care sector (e.g. SRK) is an advantage.
• Personally Convincing: You bring high social and self-competence, are empathetic, reflective, and open to new things.
• Committed and Responsible: You work independently, solution-oriented, and like to think along.
• Contribute: You bring in your own ideas and enjoy helping to shape our environment and everyday life.
