Your Tasks
As an Agile Test Manager, you are responsible for ensuring quality assurance and testing in a scaled agile environment, for example according to SAFe. You develop test strategies, support agile teams, and resolve arising issues. In doing so, you promote agile mindsets, are flexible in adapting to changes, and contribute significantly to the quality of processes, organisation, and products.
- Quality Assurance in Top IT Projects: You are the architect of quality assurance and develop innovative test strategies to keep the value streams and their products on a successful course.
- Conceptual Strength: With your expertise, you create test concepts, effort estimates, and plans tailored to the challenge to ensure product quality.
- Servant Leadership: As an Agile Test Manager, you are also a servant leader who empowers and supports your environment to give their best. You foster a climate of trust and ensure that everyone can work successfully.
- Solution Orientation: You analyse and prioritise problem reports, manage the process, and ensure quick solutions.
- Collaboration: You work closely with project management or key roles in Agile Release Trains, the business side, and development to advise them on QA matters and ensure project success.
- Innovation: You contribute significantly to the success of our projects with constructive quality measures and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our processes.
Your Profile
- University Degree: You have a university degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Passion: You are passionate about software quality assurance and testing and highly motivated to make a difference.
- Experience: You have several years of experience as a test manager in medium to large IT projects.
- Further Training: Your further training in software QA, IT project management, and agile software development sets standards.
- Agile Mindset: You have a pronounced analytical mindset and are creative, conflict-capable, as well as customer- and goal-oriented. Your agile mindset helps you respond flexibly to changes and find innovative solutions.
- Communication and Team Skills: Your excellent communication and team skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders and create a positive working environment.
- Language Skills: You impress with good to very good German, English, and/or French skills.
