We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner 80% for a renowned company operating throughout Switzerland. The position is to be filled by agreement. 

Your tasks with the new employer

• You advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters 
• The design and implementation of personnel development measures are part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting managers in employee discussions, development planning, succession arrangements, or conflict discussions
• You take responsibility in HR and organisational projects, actively participate or lead them independently
• Furthermore, you engage in additional tasks within the HR team and contribute your own ideas and initiatives to further develop HR as a reliable and competent partner of the organisation
• As a deputy for your colleague, you also support the French- and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland

You offer your new employer

• You hold the Swiss Federal HR Certificate and preferably further training in Change Management, Organisational Development, or Project Management
• You have at least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner function
• You communicate confidently in German and have very good knowledge of French and/or Italian
• An independent, proactive, and efficient working style is natural for you
• You do not shy away from challenges, take initiative, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
