Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining bills of materials and work plans
• Carrying out calculations and preliminary calculations
• Creating key figures for various statistics as well as ad-hoc evaluations and monthly reporting
• Maintaining and checking master data within the master data workflow
• Managing and updating productivity evaluations
• Performing and checking monthly closings in SAP
• Supporting interfaces with professional concerns and queries
• Handling the administrative tasks that arise
• Participating in various projects

Your profile

• Completed basic or further training as a certified meat specialist or a comparable business administration qualification or several years of professional experience in controlling or operational costing
• Knowledge in the food sector is an advantage
• Careful documentation and handling of system data
• Strong structured thinking and acting skills with a high customer orientation
• Curious personality and enjoyment of teamwork
• High initiative as well as solution orientation and responsible handling of mistakes (lessons learned)
• High reliability, punctuality and independent working style
• Experience with MS Office programmes, SharePoint, Teams as well as very good SAP knowledge
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
