A customer-oriented personality is sought for a specialised IT and consulting company to support businesses in digitalising and optimising their financial processes. You will accompany clients in the introduction of Abacus, combining your understanding of financial processes with your IT affinity.
In this varied role, you will take on your own projects and support your clients from the initial requirements analysis through migration and configuration to training and handover. You will work independently and have plenty of scope for creativity.

Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the analysis and digitalisation of their financial and business processes
Supporting Abacus implementations in the finance area from migration to successful commissioning
Independent management and execution of client projects from requirements gathering to project handover
Configuration and optimisation of the deployed Abacus solutions
Conducting client training and providing support with professional and technical questions
Maintaining long-term client relationships and proactive consulting on new requirements
Qualifications:
Commercial training with a focus on fiduciary services, accounting, or finance
At least 2 years of professional experience as an Abacus consultant in the finance area
Experience in project management and a strong affinity for IT and digital business processes
Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and client processes
Customer-oriented and communicative personality with an independent working style
Very good German skills and enjoyment in developing customer-oriented solutions beyond the actual assignment
