We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist 70-100% for an industrial company in the Solothurn region. The position is to be newly filled from 1 December 2026 or by agreement. The workplace is located in the Solothurn region.

Your responsibilities with the new employer

• You will be responsible for the complete payroll processing including withholding tax and all payroll-related social insurance matters
• Additionally, you will take on the control of sickness and accident daily allowances as well as the correct processing of corresponding changes
• You will coordinate health management and support long-term absences in a solution-oriented and humane manner
• You will accompany administrative exit processes and ensure a clean handling until the final step
• You will reliably administer personnel and payroll-relevant data and ensure smooth payroll processes

You offer your new employer

• You have completed further training in payroll, social insurance, or human resources
• You bring several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting as well as solid practical knowledge of withholding tax and social insurance
• You are distinguished by sound knowledge of SAP
• On a personal level, you convince through accuracy, discretion, initiative, and an uncomplicated, service-oriented manner
