Do you love to get to the point with information and handle administrative tasks with a high quality standard? Then you are in the right place with us! In this versatile role, you will shape the processes behind the scenes and make an important contribution to a reliable public transport system in the city of Zurich and along the left shore of Lake Zurich.
These are your tasks
- You take the lead in responding to customer feedback and ensure professional and service-oriented communication.
- You ensure quality assurance and controlling in data management with a systematic approach.
- You take minutes at various meetings – precise, structured, and tailored to the audience.
- You manage the secretariat of the Regional Transport Conference (RVK) Zimmerberg and coordinate its processes.
- You support the subject matter experts in processing matters in the timetable procedure and keep track of deadlines, timelines, and content.
- You maintain the contract management of transport companies and keep all documents up to date.
- You oversee the concessions in the area of public transport and ensure seamless administration.
These are your key competencies
- You communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally – with both internal departments and external partners.
- You work precisely, independently, and reliably, even under time pressure.
- You have an open communication style and present yourself with natural persuasive power.
- You possess solid IT knowledge, especially in using Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- You ideally bring expertise in the field of public transport or are motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with these topics.
