• You independently handle accident insurance cases according to UVG. Depending on your previous experience, you will gradually take on more complex files and expand your decision-making authority.
• You conduct investigations, obtain the necessary documents, and decide on the granting or refusal of daily allowances, medical costs, and other insurance benefits.
• You review medical reports and invoices with regard to insurance liability and initiate supplementary investigations if necessary.
• You communicate daily with insured persons, employers, doctors, therapists, lawyers, and social insurances.
• Active participation in efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality case management.
• No case is the same: you can expect a varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility and exciting challenges.

What you bring

• A commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in handling benefit cases according to UVG is an advantage.
• You have confident German language skills in speaking and writing and can also communicate well in French.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently to develop solutions.
• A structured, reliable, and careful working style.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to assess even complex situations comprehensibly.
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself and learn new things.
• Team spirit, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships even in demanding situations.
