- You plan and coordinate the deployment of our available transport resources and ensure a smooth process in daily operations
- You are the contact person for our transport customers, competently support and advise them, and prepare individual transport offers
- You lead and support our drivers and contract drivers and assist them with any questions
- You keep an overview even in challenging situations and professionally handle customer complaints and damage cases
- You are responsible for recording, processing and invoicing our transport orders and prepare the corresponding loading lists
- You coordinate delivery dates with the distribution centres and ensure timely notification
- Your varied daily work also includes administrative tasks, preparing temperature reports from Euroscan and scanning delivery notes
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship and ideally already have experience in the transport industry – preferably even as a driver
- You have good geographical knowledge and keep an overview even with complex transport planning
- You think economically and solution-oriented, have organisational talent and find the right solution even in hectic situations
- You are flexible, resilient and reliable and appreciate teamwork
- You are very familiar with computers and have good IT user skills
- You can express yourself flawlessly in German, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French and Italian is an additional plus
- You are mobile and ideally live in the Freiamt region
- Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and approx. 21:00 completes your profile
