- Analyse and evaluate business processes as well as customer requirements
- Create requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories
- You are the central interface between business, IT, and development
- Support projects from conception through implementation to introduction
- Identify optimisation potential and proactively contribute ideas for digitalisation
- Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering
- Strong interest and affinity for IT / engineering / AI
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML or corresponding certifications (e.g. IREB)
- In-depth specific experience in a particular industry, ideally in public administration or the financial sector
- Very good analytical and methodological skills as well as excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland

- BSc / MSc in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification- Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering
- Strong interest and affinity for IT / engineering / AI
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML or corresponding certifications (e.g. IREB)
- In-depth specific experience in a particular industry, ideally in public administration or the financial sector
