Centre for Adult Psychiatry Acute
The Park C ward offers adults between the ages of 18 and 60 support and assistance in psychological crisis and stress situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings from evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic effective factors.
Your Tasks
Your core tasks include the individual, professional care and support of patients during the night. You provide security on the ward and, in collaboration with the on-duty doctors, you can professionally manage crises. You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, support the implementation of individual care and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward. Your working method is oriented towards the ward and Safewards concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary collaboration offers our patients the best possible treatment success.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH and have an interest in the psychiatric field. You possess empathy and the ability to act calmly and confidently in crisis situations. Furthermore, you enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and have an understanding of adults from the age of 18 for their specific coping strategies. If you are a team-oriented, communicative, and considerate personality, we would be very pleased to receive your application.
