Job description
- Transport control and inbound management
- Daily mailbox processing: screening, prioritising and processing of central goods receipt and team mailboxes
- Yard and ramp control: monitoring, checking and releasing incoming yard bookings as well as maintaining ramp utilisation lists
- System entry (SAP/Aspire): manual and automatic creation of inbounds by matching order and batch data
- Quality and document management (GxP)
- Certificate procurement: independent research and request of missing quality certificates (COAs etc.) via SAP and supplier portals
- Compliance and document filing: audit-proof system filing (e.g. Veeva) as well as physical document preparation for the booking office
- Interface and deviation management
- Interface coordination: contact person for freight forwarders, suppliers, purchasing, goods receipt and QA/QC
- Clarification and complaint: independent handling of shortages, incorrect documents and incomplete deliveries including follow-up
Profile
- Completed commercial or logistics vocational and higher professional examination (e.g. freight forwarding specialist, logistics specialist)
- Experience in the GxP area
- Experience in logistics, preferably in pharmaceuticals
- Good knowledge of SAP / S/4 HANA
- Good German skills in spoken and written (C1), good English skills (B2)
- Strong methodological competence with a structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Willingness to work flexibly between 06:30 and 17:00
