You can contribute in this role

• Professionally lead building operations staff to ensure the comprehensive operation "maintenance and upkeep" of systems, buildings, objects and machines in normal and extraordinary situations
• Participate in project support for armasuisse construction management, acting as operator representative, from advising specialist planners to optimising operations of medium to large construction projects
• Conduct reports with the troops and other responsible parties regarding the use and coordination of assigned infrastructures for schools, refresher courses (WK) and civilian events
• Schedule and supervise maintenance and surrounding work, check work orders and plan necessary operating materials including location management and procurement
• Monitor and maintain all technical systems for functionality and safety

What makes you unique

• Completed technical or craft apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence or training towards project manager in building maintenance / building technology
• Driving licence categories B and C as well as willingness for on-call duty and interventions outside working hours required
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent working style as well as technical analytical and assertiveness skills
• Customer- and team-oriented behaviour with a strong service mindset
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
