To strengthen our team in the legal service, we are looking for a
Specialist Secretary / Specialist Secretary Legal Service, 60-100 %
What to expect- Legal support for the adjudicative activities of the Child and Adult Protection Authority, especially participation in instruction and decision-making
- Fact-finding, minute-taking and independent conduct of hearings
- Drafting of orders, decisions and statements
- Contact with official bodies and clients
- Providing information on topics related to child and adult protection
- Processing and clarifying legal issues
What you bring
- Completed legal university degree (Licentiate, MLaw)
- Professional experience at a court or a child and adult protection authority is an advantage
- Good knowledge of civil and procedural law
- Confident written and oral expression
- Independent, precise, structured and efficient working style
- Affinity for collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with people in difficult life situations
- Discretion, reliability and resilience
