Special Needs Educator 95%
Workdays Tuesday - Friday
Our school is part of the Bühl Foundation in beautiful Wädenswil. Currently, we are pleased to have 100 students aged between four and 20 years. Thanks to our small classes, we can individually address the needs of the children and adolescents. They learn to "be able to do more" with us, and we support them in realizing their potential. We are committed to this with expertise and passion.
Your tasks
Co-leading a small class of 10 students in the 15+ program for career choice and life preparation
ICF and LP 21 based support planning
Participative, systemic-interdisciplinary collaboration and cooperation with parents and professionals from therapy, social pedagogy, and social work
Your qualification
You enjoy working with children and adolescents. You are a motivated, committed, flexible, and open personality with a positive attitude. You find working in interdisciplinary teams enriching. You look forward to the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and thoughts, be creative, work independently, learn, and explore new paths together. Computers and working with them are not foreign to you. If you also have a teaching diploma recognized by the EDK and ideally already hold a university degree in special needs education, we look forward to your application!
