System Engineer - IT Infrastructure & Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 125,000The software solution of our partner leads to more efficient business processes for customers, making them more competitive. Responsibilities:
Support of IT infrastructures in SMEs with a focus on Microsoft, HPE, Fortinet, Veeam and Azure
Telephone and on-site support for customers, including English-speaking VIP support
Co-design and further development of IT solutions in the team in Basel's old town
Independent handling of customer enquiries and incidents
Support in daily business and IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a system technician or equivalent experience with appropriate manufacturer certificates
Broad technical know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam, Fortinet
Customer-oriented manner and high social competence
Business fluent German skills and good English skills
Driving licence category B and ideally additional language skills
