Are you a car body painter or car body mechanic with a federal diploma and looking for a new challenge? With us, you have the chance to develop step by step into a customer service advisor – supported by an experienced team.

We are a modern and dynamic bodywork company specialising in accident repairs for passenger and commercial vehicles of all brands and employ around 25 staff.

Customer Service Advisor (m/f) 100%

Your tasks:

• Vehicle acceptance and return including explanations of the work and invoices
• Consultation and sale of services
• Preparing cost estimates and discussing them with the customer
• Appointment scheduling and planning of workshop work including replacement vehicle organisation
• Recording orders and setting standard times
• Pre-production planning tasks, e.g. pre-ordering spare parts
• Communication and negotiations with experts, insurers & fleet partners

Your profile:

• Completed training as a car body painter or car body mechanic with a federal diploma
• Higher professional examination completed or willingness to undertake it with our support
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in customer service
• Willingness to learn, organisational talent and reliable working method
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages an advantage
• Driving licence category B, mandatory
