For our consulting offices in Chur, we are looking for a consultant (80%) starting 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.
YOUR MISSION
- Advising employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and reintegration-related issues
- Regular case administration, reporting, and assistance with client reports
- Supporting team management and/or client support as needed
- The main location is Chur. Deployments at other locations are possible if required.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Degree in Social Work or Psychology or related social sciences (FH or university) is mandatory
- Broad, several years of consulting experience
- Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues is an advantage
- Bilingualism required: German and English, Italian or French
- Resilience, openness, flexibility
- Good presentation skills
- Independent working style and ability to work independently and alone at the location
- Experience in coaching is an advantage
