Your tasks

• Team & responsibility: You support and represent the team leader and develop step by step into your leadership role.
• Keep an eye on everything: You coordinate employees, maintenance, repairs, projects and external partners.
• Keep technology running: In case of faults and repairs, you and your team are on hand and find sustainable solutions.
• Make things better: You identify improvement potentials and contribute your ideas regarding equipment, maintenance and processes.
• Build the future: Your know-how is in demand for conversions, new equipment and technical projects.
• Digital & safe: You work with SAP and ensure together with the team compliance with our safety, hygiene and operational regulations.

You bring

• Technical EFZ qualification in mechanics or a comparable education
• Experience in plant maintenance or industrial upkeep
• Enjoyment of technology and truly solving problems
• First leadership experience or desire to develop towards leadership
• Initiative, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Interest in modern technology, automation and new solutions
• SAP and IT knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work with meat and meat products as well as on-call duty
