Job Description
Your Role
As one of two HR Business Partners, you actively shape the implementation of our HR strategy at the Haag site. You are part of the local HR team and, together with your colleagues, support around 420 employees. At the same time, you work closely with our global HR teams and managers in an international matrix organisation.
In this versatile position, you combine operational HR work with strategic topics and contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes, standards, and initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Support of defined business areas and advising managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
Close collaboration with global HR Business Partners
Support in workforce planning, talent and performance management, as well as organisational development
Advice on labour law issues and support during change processes
Participation in ensuring fair and market-oriented compensation structures
Local Support of the Team and Site Leadership
Active involvement in the further development and positioning of the Haag site
Participation in compliance and audit matters as well as support during internal and external audits
Responsibility for effective internal communication and transparent information flow
Planning and execution of induction days for new employees
Management of the Employee Survey and derivation and implementation of corresponding measures
Close cooperation with employee representatives
Maintenance and further development of local regulations and HR SharePoint content
Initiation and implementation of local HR initiatives and benefits
Active support of the local HR team consisting of HR Business Partner and HR Service Specialist, as well as Payroll Manager, including independently taking on administrative tasks and participating in all HR and organisational matters.
Participation in Global HR Projects
Active participation and assumption of responsibility in international HR projects
Local implementation of selected global initiatives, for example in Learning & Development or Performance Management
Local implementation of global HR processes and standards
Promotion of best practices and standardisation across all sites
Qualifications
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist role, ideally in an industrial environment in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as extensive experience in operational and strategic HR topics
Experience in an international matrix organisation is an advantage
Strong hands-on mentality and high implementation strength
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Communicative personality with a convincing presence at all hierarchical levels
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Experience with SAP; knowledge of Cornerstone is an advantage
Experience in the introduction and implementation of HR systems
