About the job
We are crowdhouse
Over the past ten years, we at crowdhouse (Switzerland) AG have evolved from one of the most successful start-ups to one of the most significant real estate asset managers in Switzerland. We have revolutionised property ownership and made the purchase and sale of investment properties transparent, accessible, and efficient through our proprietary software. Today, we are responsible as asset managers for a residential property portfolio valued at more than CHF 1.8 billion.
We are now facing our next growth phase, aiming to break into the top 10 largest Swiss real estate asset managers within the next five years. Our mission is to actively create more living space. Therefore, we specialise particularly in larger residential construction projects (usually from CHF 20 million GAV). We accompany the development, construction, and initial letting and subsequently take over the intergenerational management of the properties.
Your working environment
Transaction Management is responsible for the comprehensive support and execution of real estate transactions. We work cross-departmentally and accompany as well as advise Real Estate Asset Management, Real Estate Investment Management, and Client & Partner Relations in connection with negotiations regarding transactions.
As Assistant Real Estate Transaction Management, you support the team in efficiently coordinating daily activities and administratively, organisationally, and process-wise accompanying real estate transactions from preparation to successful completion. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a structured, regulatory-compliant process.
What you achieve
Together with your team, you take on the establishment of investment companies and bring them to a successful conclusion.
You actively participate in the corporate housekeeping of investment companies, from maintaining corporate documents to ensuring regulatory requirements.
You competently support the team in all matters concerning real estate transactions – from new issues to secondary market trading.
As a link between banks and the team, you ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
You carefully manage important documents administratively and obtain the necessary approvals and signatures in close cooperation with management.
You maintain and archive document dossiers in a structured manner so that all relevant documents are always complete and readily available.
As process owner, you coordinate transaction fees and ensure a clean, traceable process.
You actively question existing processes on your own platform and drive their optimisation forward.
Process-related clarifications, whether legal, organisational, or otherwise, are also part of your daily routine.
What you bring with you
A commercial basic education (KV with BMS) or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You are interested in legal and regulatory contexts. A formal qualification in this area is advantageous but not mandatory.
You already have experience in the legal or financial environment and can specifically apply and expand this with us.
You have a high IT affinity and enjoy questioning and improving processes.
A basic understanding of project management helps you keep an overview and approach tasks in a structured manner.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite.
You work independently, reliably, and efficiently, with a high standard of your own work quality.
As a team player, you bring flexibility and organisational talent.
The willingness to learn the necessary skills for the operational implementation of challenging tasks and to gradually take on additional responsibility is natural for you.
You think long-term and see this role as a starting point for your further development within the team.
