Exciting tasks await:
- Assessment of issues on behalf of the district court president or the specialist judge of the family court
- Decision-making as a member of the family court in child and adult protection measures
- Conducting hearings and granting the right to be heard
The assignments of the part-time specialist judges are carried out as needed and by arrangement, taking into account the main professional obligations of the part-time specialist judges for each specific assignment. The work is primarily carried out in the mentioned districts. Additionally, assignments in other districts may be necessary. Remuneration is in accordance with the decree on remuneration for part-time judges.
What you bring:
- Tertiary degree (university, university of applied sciences or higher professional school) in social work, psychology or education
- Several years of professional experience in child and adult protection
- Further training in the new child and adult protection law
- Time flexibility and independence (in particular, no activity as a professional guardian or custodian in the canton of Aargau)
