What you will learn with us and what you can achieve
- Administrative HR processes such as time tracking, maintenance of personnel changes, social insurances, etc.
- Working with process management software and insights into managing a digital company
- Responsibility in specific projects for ongoing company development – these will be discussed with you and can be continuously increased. You can contribute your ideas and will be supported in successful implementation. We encourage you to work independently and goal-oriented
- Support of our employees and addressing their concerns
- Insights into other departments – as a floater, you bring variety to everyday work
What you bring with you
- High IT affinity – you enjoy working with modern software and have no fear of learning new things
- You enjoy working in an office and are proficient in efficient work on PC/laptop
- You are organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a structured way
- Joy and interest in HR topics
- Openness to learning new things – also outside of HR
- Good German language skills
- First experience in HR is an advantage but not a must
