About the job
In document management, you ensure that important information is reliably recorded, digitised and forwarded to the right places. This supports clear processes, high data quality and efficient collaboration in everyday work. The assignments take place reliably every morning (Monday to Friday). This way, you benefit from regular working hours and have your afternoons freely available for planning.
Your tasks in detail
- You scan, validate and distribute the daily physical mail and take responsibility for the digitised mail
- You process invoices and orders that cannot be automatically processed or assigned, ensuring their correct follow-up in the ERP system
- You maintain our master data in the various ERP systems with absolute precision and reliability.
- You are in daily contact with all internal and external stakeholders
- You actively support the team with additional tasks as directed by your supervisor
Your profile
- You have a commercial diploma or a comparable administrative qualification. Motivated career changers with office experience are also welcome.
- You have confident German language skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You have good MS Office skills and learn new systems quickly.
- You work independently, carefully, organised and think proactively.
- You are motivated, resilient and enjoy structured routine tasks.
- You communicate diplomatically, handle sensitive data carefully and enjoy working systematically.
- You are interested in digital processes, innovations and modern information management.
