To strengthen our team in Olten, we are looking for a

Specialist in Distribution and Logistics Controlling 80-100%

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Development and management of the national and international shipping concept including partner selection, tariffs and price negotiations
• Further development of logistics controlling and reporting including evaluation of routes, KPIs and relevant key figures
• Responsibility for the cost centre including budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and implementation of logistics projects such as new logistical requirements, branch concepts, participation in SAP S/4HANA, etc.
• Analysis of logistical customer needs as well as development and implementation of suitable solutions
• Close cooperation with central and decentralised warehouse and branch logistics
• Digitalisation and optimisation of route planning using AI-supported solutions
• Second-level support and escalation management for logistical issues in the distribution environment

Your profile

• Completed basic logistics training, ideally supplemented by further training in distribution logistics, supply chain management or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in distribution, logistics controlling, export or a comparable environment
• Sound knowledge of national and international export as well as understanding of logistical processes and contexts
• Strong data and analytical skills as well as strategic and networked thinking ability
• Good business administration knowledge, especially in cost centre responsibility, budgeting and forecasting
• Very good SAP and MS Office/Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
• Independent, proactive and resilient personality with strong communication and customer orientation skills
• Very good German skills, English or French skills are an advantage
