Your tasks

You competently and lovingly accompany our residents during the day shift

You independently carry out nursing measures

Your profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification

Enjoyment in working with elderly people

Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a good sense of humour

Motivation, professionalism and an open heart

Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes
