Your Tasks
- You competently, professionally and empathetically accompany our residents.
- You independently carry out nursing measures
- You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other
- You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our procedures together
- You ensure with us that people feel seen and appreciated
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a good sense of humour
- Motivation, professionalism and an open heart
- Interest in Lean Management as well as enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes
