Integration Engineer (SCADA /OT) (a)

Then become part of our team and help shape the next generation of our OT data platforms. As an OT Data Integration Engineer, you ensure that data flows, interfaces, and integrations function reliably and that our data centre infrastructure is supplied with the relevant operational data.

Integration and configuration of OT systems

• Configuration and operation of our OT data infrastructure
• Connection and parameterisation of sensors, actuators, and technical systems
• Configuration of gateways and interfaces for data exchange between different systems
• Implementation of integration and architecture concepts in operational use

Data quality and commissioning

• Setup and maintenance of data pointsConducting integration and functional tests
• Ensuring high data quality and plausibility checks of measurement valuesSupport during commissioning of new systems and plants

Operation of SCADA systems

• Support and further development of our SCADA landscapeConfiguration of alarms, dashboards, and views
• Analysis and resolution of faults during ongoing operationCollaboration with engineering, operations, and project teams

• Training or degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
• Experience in the field of Operational Technology (OT), building automation, or industrial systems
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, BACnet, or MQTT
• Experience with SCADA systems or similar technical platforms
• Basic understanding of networks, servers, and IT infrastructures
• Ideally, initial experience with modern technologies such as Docker or container platforms
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Analytical and structured working style
• High quality awareness and enthusiasm for technical contexts
• Hands-on mentality and initiative
• Ability to understand complex technical systems holistically
• Enjoyment of collaboration with different specialist departments
