Intern (m/f)
Departments: Internal Sales/Marketing/Export/Accounting

Start: Immediately or upon availability, for a duration of at least 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension depending on needs and agreement.

Your tasks

• Internal Sales & Administration: Supporting the team in handling customer enquiries, orders, maintaining master data, and general organisational tasks.
• Marketing: Assisting in the creation of marketing content as well as the preparation and organisation of trade fair appearances (possibly including participation in the fairs).
• Export: Supporting the organisation and processing of export orders as well as the structured filing and documentation of relevant documents.
• Accounting: Assisting with the posting of incoming and outgoing invoices, maintaining master data, invoicing, and other accounting tasks.

 

Your qualifications

• Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial practical experience in internal sales or marketing through previous internships or part-time jobs.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or an interest in acquiring it.
• Enjoyment of telephone and direct communication with customers and business partners.
• High willingness to learn and interest in export and accounting.
• Good German skills, both spoken and written, good English skills are an advantage.
• Carefulness and organisational talent, also in administrative and accounting tasks.
• Team spirit, flexibility and the willingness to take on tasks independently.
• Interest in a versatile and varied role in a dynamic environment.
