We are akustik & innovation - a young, innovative family business in its second generation, specialising in high-quality room acoustic solutions.

Your tasks:

• Setting up, operating, and optimising our production machines (Digital Cutter Zünd, woodworking machines, CO₂ laser)
• Independent processing of small to medium series
• Preparing, picking, and packing orders
• Carrying out transport trips
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of our processes

How you complement us optimally:

• Completed training as a polymechanic, carpenter, or a comparable qualification
• Good CAD skills are an advantage
• Experience in setting up and operating production machines
• Strong manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, structured working style as well as a high quality awareness
• Forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed working style
• Driving licence category B
