Technician Dispatcher 100% (a)

• Receiving and professionally handling telephone and written service and repair orders
• Efficient planning and scheduling of service technicians in daily operations
• Coordination and appointment scheduling between customers, technicians, and internal interfaces
• Ensuring smooth and timely deployment planning
• Organisation of service assignments as well as coordination of materials and internal processes
• Processing service reports and administrative maintenance of orders in the system
• Competent handling of customer concerns and solution-oriented processing of complaints
• Support in the continuous optimisation of service processes

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Essential professional experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or service coordination
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• For an additional position, very good French and German language skills
• Good MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
• Organisational talent with high resilience and team spirit
