Music Teacher
Bündner Kantonsschule | 50-80% | Chur
The Bündner Kantonsschule is an important educational institution with around 1,000 students of all three cantonal languages. As a department of the Office for Higher Education, it offers secondary school programs at the long and short-term gymnasium as well as at the specialized, commercial, and computer science secondary schools. As a Music Teacher, you will teach students at the gymnasium and the specialized secondary school.
We are looking for a music teacher for our school from October 22, 2025, until the end of the 2025/26 school year. An extension of the employment until the end of October 2026 is possible.
Your area of responsibility
- Teaching activities in the subject area of music at the gymnasium and the specialized secondary school
- Organization and implementation of project weeks and excursions in a team with other teachers
- Collaboration in the subject department
What we expect from you
- Completed university degree in the teaching subject school music II as well as a teaching diploma for Matura schools
- Teaching experience at secondary level II is an advantage
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented personality who enjoys working with young people.
- As a teacher at the trilingual school, knowledge of other cantonal languages complements your profile
