What you will achieve with us

As an organisational and language talent, you are the first point of contact on the phone and independently handle assistance cases from A to Z. You organise immediate measures in case of breakdowns, accidents or other concerns, thereby providing quick and concrete help.

You coordinate deployments with our service providers and partners, ensuring a smooth process.

With your customer-oriented manner, you manage calls from our customers outside the general agencies’ opening hours – ensuring they always feel well cared for.

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in direct customer contact, e.g. a completed basic education in the hospitality, tourism, medical and insurance sectors, customer dialogue or commercial field
• Confident use of computers and common digital work tools
• High service commitment as well as reliability, punctuality and flexibility for 24/7 shift work (including weekends)
• Fluent Swiss German and French skills, good Italian and English skills are an advantage

Additionally, thorough induction is a matter of course: you will be carefully introduced and then gradually take on more responsibility. Independent working and proactive thinking are expressly encouraged.

To preserve our special culture, there is a mandatory on-site presence during a roughly six-month basic training. After this basic training, you will work at least 50% of your hours in the office.
The remaining time can be scheduled flexibly. A workload from 80% is negotiable. We offer you a reduced weekly working time of 40 hours in shift work, a half-fare travelcard subscription, a free mobile phone subscription and much more.
