Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a:

Demi Chef de Partie / Cook (m/f/d) fixed-term until 31.12.2026

• You enrich our kitchen team with a unique blend of creativity, precision, and a deeply rooted commitment to culinary excellence. Your role is crucial in orchestrating the symphony of flavours that shapes our dining experiences and our first-class service.

Your main tasks:

• Together with your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in our kitchen – for a culinary experience that delights our guests.
• You prepare dishes with passion and attention to detail, ensuring quality and presentation are spot on.
• You reliably take responsibility for your tasks: on time, professionally, and with an eye on the big picture.
• You actively support the implementation of our department goals and hotel initiatives.
• You keep an eye on costs and inventory, work closely with your supervisor, and contribute to productivity.
• Hygiene is a given for you: you ensure compliance with all HACCP guidelines and legal requirements.
• As a team player, you maintain strong working relationships and live our values – every day.

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Experience in the kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
• German language skills
• You are a "doer" with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
