• You will take overall responsibility for the German business and further develop Wander GmbH as an independent organisation.
• You will define and implement the market strategy and set clear growth impulses for OVOMALTINE, TWININGS, CAOTINA.
• You will strengthen existing trade relationships and develop new opportunities in the German market.
• You will lead and develop the marketing and sales team (15 employees) with clear direction, proximity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• You will expand structures, processes and interfaces so that the GmbH can operate efficiently and close to the market.
• You will represent Wander to customers, partners and internal stakeholders and actively bring in the German market perspective.

• Several years of leadership and general management experience in FMCG, food or branded goods environment.
• Strong understanding of the German trade, ideally with a reliable network in grocery retail.
• Proven experience in strategy, business development, sales, marketing and P&L responsibility.
• Understanding and experience in omni-channel: retail, FS/OoH, e-commerce.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills and enjoyment in building businesses and engaging people.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a convincing presence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Modern, appreciative leadership style with energy, clarity and team spirit.
